APS/Guardianship Down Time
Due to software updates the referral portals for Adult Protective Services and Volunteer Guardianship will be unavailable on Sunday, March 22nd from 6pm to 8pm.
If you were going to report a concern that a Rhode Islander aged 60 or older is being abused, neglected, financially exploited, or self-neglecting, please call 401-462-0555 to make the report. If the situation is an emergency, call 9-1-1.
If you were going to make a referral to the Volunteer Guardianship Program, the system will be available after 8pm on Sunday, March 22nd; please make the referral at that time.
