APS/Guardianship Down Time
Due to software updates the referral portals for Adult Protective Services and Volunteer Guardianship will be unavailable on Friday, 5/29 at 8:00 pm until Saturday 5/30 at 2:00 am.
If you were going to report a concern that a Rhode Islander aged 60 or older is being abused, neglected, financially exploited, or self-neglecting, please call 401-462-0555 to make the report. If the situation is an emergency, call 9-1-1.
If you were going to make a referral to the Volunteer Guardianship Program, the system will be available after 2am on Saturday, May 30th; please make the referral at that time.
