The Benefits Enrollment Center (BEC) is a statewide resource that provides enrollment assistance to Rhode Island Medicare beneficiaries for these programs:

  • Medicaid
  • Medicare Part D Extra Help/Low Income Subsidy (LIS)
  • Medicare Savings Program (MSP)
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Rhode Island Pharmaceutical Assistance for the Elderly (RIPAE)
  • Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
